I have mixed reviews about this place. I've had good and bad experiences. Biggest issue I see is the lack of professionalism in the oil change area by the young employees. It seems as there's no supervision, guiding them on how to act professional in front of customers. I've expressed this to other employees supposedly those over those individualsa couple of times but not seen any changes in the multiple times i've been there. Roughhousing and playing on their phones.It doesn't make me want them working on my car. As well as climbing into my car, all greasy with nothing to protect my seats. More

I'm a loyal customer. My wife and I have bought a 2019 Rav 4 hybrid and a 2020 Corolla within the last few years. On the first oil change with the Rav 4 the oil drain plug My wife and I have bought a 2019 Rav 4 hybrid and a 2020 Corolla within the last few years. On the first oil change with the Rav 4 the oil drain plug was left hand tight or loose and leaked all over my driveway. I reported that to you. I fixed it myself. When I would ask for my tires to be crossed on the rotation when the backs go to the front, they almost never listen. I gave up asking. What's the point of a straight front to back tire rotation? There is no point. Now, most recently I called you guys about a recall and scheduled an appointment to fix it and nobody bothered to order the part. I got a 1.5 hr oil change and another appointment to come back and fix the recall that I already tried to fix. Will there be another missing part on my next appointment? More
