As soon as I stepped foot, he was there and he was ready. I was not scheduled with an appointment, and he still fit me in. I had a vehicle with negative equity, and I really wanted to trade it in. He made sure to get me the best deal, and made sure I was more than just comfortable in my decision. Any little “bad” detail on the vehicle I was purchasing was addressed and fixed then and there.
