The waiting area is clean, comfortable and always has a tasty treat to snack on while waiting for service to be done. Major warranty work My Pilot had a whistle in the heater. First thought it was blower but then found out it was the heater, which Honda recommended replacement of entire My Pilot had a whistle in the heater. I was loaned a vehicle for convenience and they spent nearly a whole day pulling the dash and replacing the unit. No whistle now! More
