He is very knowledgeable on the different makes, models, and brands. After the decision to purchase was made, Wade still wasn't salsie. He offered that Gmc may have had a lower rate but I chose Usaa with no pressure. We talked about our families. He was more like a friend than a salesman. I am very pleased. More

Very positive I generally do not enjoy the car buying experience. I arrived at Master Buick GMC not knowing what to expect as I had not dealt with them in the past I generally do not enjoy the car buying experience. I arrived at Master Buick GMC not knowing what to expect as I had not dealt with them in the past. Bernard Hughes greeted me shortly after I entered the show room. A very pleasant experience. Bernard listened to my needs, explained the various models and options while showing me what was available in stock. From my walking into the show room to driving out in my new GMC, I felt comfortable with the dealership and feel that I was treated honestly and fairly. I will be back! More

Not pushy, very helpful & courteous Bill Whitten & Eddie Overby were so helpful in getting me through the process of buying a new car.
