The BEST Car Buying Experience EVER What an awesome experience! We have bought several KIAs in the past and unfortunately our local dealer in Illinois wasn't able to get us the car my What an awesome experience! We have bought several KIAs in the past and unfortunately our local dealer in Illinois wasn't able to get us the car my wife wanted so she called around and decided to give Jim Butler a try and was thoroughly happy with the car and the sales and finance team. When she returned home, she told me about the outstanding service she received from Cheryl and Justin and told me that whenever I was ready for a new car that I absolutely needed to talk with them. Well wanting to stay local and not wanting to drive all the way to JB (45min) I tried our usual and two closer dealerships to see what deals could be made. I should have taken my wife's advice. Without getting into numbers I got an amazing Sorento and am totally happy with it. Cheryl and Justin made the experience effortless and even pleasurable (car buying, pleasurable?...wow!) Cheryl is super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to what I wanted. Justin answered all my questions regarding purchase versus lease and gave specific case examples. *Side note: I wanted my windows tinted. The price quoted at my former go-to dealership was THREE times higher than JB. Thanks Keith for your help! We will buy our cars from JB in the future. NO doubt. More

ABOVE and WAY BEYOND After a bunch of emails back and forth with a very very patient appointment person named Annie - I was guided to buy the exact kia soul EX that I was After a bunch of emails back and forth with a very very patient appointment person named Annie - I was guided to buy the exact kia soul EX that I was looking for ! Then when I got there for my appointment Cheryl Cooper made the whole purchase WAY easier then I could have hoped for ! There were a Bazzillion cars to pick from had I needed to, but the one I had been helped with was waiting for me on the floor when we got there - and Cheryl was so helpful showing me around what I bought ! To top it all off -- I actually purchased my Soul for less then I expected to !!! GREAT Experience!! The other relief was that there was NO sales pressure - AT ALL !!! More

Best car shopping experience ever I have always had wonderful customer service from the Chesterfield location from the very sweet Annie for following up with my search to Kevin in Serv I have always had wonderful customer service from the Chesterfield location from the very sweet Annie for following up with my search to Kevin in Service always super friendly with a smile and ready to answer my service questions, Justin working up a deal for my new car purchase /payments but yesterday I met a very amazing man named Terry who was not just any Car salesman, he was passionate about helping me find what fit my needs and provided me with all the details to make my decision. I never felt rushed and he was patient with all my questions and took time to ask me questions about my self and my family which helped him understand more what he could offer me that would make sense. He took his time at the end even though it was closing time, to help me understand my new Optima to ensure I knew how to use everything inside the vehicle before hitting the road. Terry thank you for your many years ( I won't say how many decades, lol) of expertise!! I know I will be back to see you for my next vehicle purchase!!! -kate- More

EXTREMELY SATISFIED-Great Buying Experience We have had two Sorento's in the past and just purchased our third 2019 Sorrento. Our salesman Don was knowledgeable, friendly and really cared about We have had two Sorento's in the past and just purchased our third 2019 Sorrento. Our salesman Don was knowledgeable, friendly and really cared about the us the customers! Don has followed up with us several times to ensure all is well with our car. Pricing at Kia has always been good, with advertised discounts up front. Very minimal "let me check with my manager" stuff like most of us get at other dealerships. Justin in Finance has helped us with the purchase of two Sorrento's. He is also knowledgeable, not aggressive with signing you up for things you don't need and he is extremely efficient! Additionally, Keith Sutton in the Service Department is one of the reasons we decided to go with another Sorrento. He is knowledgeable, accommodating, professional and friendly. For that reason, we continue to take our Sorrento's to Jim Butler for service for all our servicing. Thank you Jim Butler Kia for understanding your customers!!! More
