Quick and easy I purchased a preowned vehicle from DealerRater a few months back and I love it. I have had a few little issues pop up and let the preowned manager Ke I purchased a preowned vehicle from DealerRater a few months back and I love it. She asked that I come by and have the vehicle looked at. 48 hours later and all was taken care of at no cost and no hasell! We felt no pressure whatsoever and Rickey let us take our time making a decision. He offered us coffee and drinks multiple times and he was constantly asking us how we were. I've never been treated so well at a dealership in my life. All of my questions were answered (and I asked a lot). I love my new car!!
