What started as good experience, became disappointing. I didn’t want the stereotypical car dealer experience. So I did the negotiating on line. This part of the experience went well until I attempted to place a deposit on a car. suddenly the car had a deposit from another buyer. After a back and forth I ended up with a more expensive car loaded with options I really didn’t want. I needed a car and bit the bullet and agreed to spend the money to get the color and interior I wanted. We scheduled a time to meet and we went to the dealer the next morning and things went well after the dealer determined that the AWD emblem on the car was not supposed to be on a FWD car. the AWD emblem was removed after a visual inspection. The worst part of the dealer visit was the 45 minute wait to see the finance guy after the test drive and car information was reviewed. The wait was very disappointing. I had tried to get as much possible resolved before we went to the dealer but it still took almost three hours to pick up a car with all the terms previously negotiated. a passing sales rep tried to entertain us but the delay really soured the whole experience for us. My wife was hoping to drive the car home (it is to be her car) but after 2 hours decided she needed to leave to make another appointment We were told by the GM that they were very busy. That’s great but it ruined my experience More

I am new to the Honda brand, as I had p Honda of Murfreesboro went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience purchasing my brand new car. I am new to the Honda brand, as I had primarily driven Toyota vehicles in the past. I must admit, I was a little hesitant to leave the Toyota brand, but the staff at Honda made sure I walked away with exactly what I wanted! Shon Gilbert made me feel very welcomed and never once gave me the “pushy salesman” vibes most people get at dealerships. I called ahead and spoke with Kelly Townsend after I saw a vehicle I wanted online. She gave me a little information about the car and encouraged me to come in for a test drive. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by a receptionist who was extremely nice. One of the other staff members offered us a snack and gave us a quick tour of the dealership. That place is absolutely beautiful! By this time Kelly and Shon met us at the front and informed us they had already pulled the vehicle that I called about and it was ready for a test drive. When we got into the car, Shon started to explain all the features in the car. My husband and I had been out all day and had visited 3 dealerships prior to Honda of Murfreesboro. This was the first time all day a salesman explained the features of the car prior to the test drive. I feel in love with the car and the rest is history. Barton Sallee structured our deal so that it fit within our budget and we left with a brand new vehicle! I would highly encourage anybody to save yourself the time, headache, and stress that often times come with carbuying and go to Honda of Murfreesboro first! The only mistake I made was making them my last stop! Go to Honda of Murfreesboro and ask for Shon. He was awesome! More

Our Grand Adventure! The people working there are all amazing and very nice coupled with family / customer oriented facilities. Everyone was very personable and helpful as The people working there are all amazing and very nice coupled with family / customer oriented facilities. Everyone was very personable and helpful as well. Our product specialist was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased and took the time to explain and demonstrate all the little buttons and gadgets. The business manager was very accommodating of our children with us and had no problems explaining every detail so that we understood all the fine print, minutia and numbers as well as assisting with getting our payments where we were able to complete our purchase. I appreciate everything and everyone at Honda of Murfreesboro and I highly recommend taking the trip down to them. I don’t believe you’ll be disappointed! More

Wonderful staff! First off, the staff was great and they really made an effort to work with us. Chris Peters and Heath Elliot were the stars here! It took 3 hours to get through the paperwork. It should’nt EVER take that long. They need some help in finance to make the process move more smoothly. More
