Lo and behold I was treated like royalty even with my well loved 12 year old CR-v hoopty with over 100000 miles. I was in 30 minutes early for the appointment and they got started anyway. My kid was thrilled with all the snacks and free WiFi and the young lady who took care of me was SO nice. I'll be back to this dealership for my high mileage inspection. You can't beat the free car wash they give everyone either. 💯 More

Maybe they’re understaffed or extremely busy or both, but it took many many many hours of my time to complete a cash sale on a negotiated new car with trade. They need to do better to keep customers. Also, you need to have HondaCare as an option for an extended warranty. More
