Would recommend Great service with very friendly staff. The facility was very nice, including the waiting room with complimentary refreshments. Slightly worried that they are trying to fix things on my vehicle that don’t really need fixing. Take all of their suggested maintenance with a grain of salt. But all around a great facility that I would go to again. More

Incredible customer service My customer service experience here was beyond amazing, and I came in just for an airbag replacement. Lo and behold I was treated like royalty even wi My customer service experience here was beyond amazing, and I came in just for an airbag replacement. Lo and behold I was treated like royalty even with my well loved 12 year old CR-v hoopty with over 100000 miles. I was in 30 minutes early for the appointment and they got started anyway. My kid was thrilled with all the snacks and free WiFi and the young lady who took care of me was SO nice. I'll be back to this dealership for my high mileage inspection. You can't beat the free car wash they give everyone either. 💯 More

Simple and stress free I found internet ad and after speaking over the phone I was given an out the door price. I showed up at agreed upon time, filled out paperwork and left with a shiny clean van with a full tank of gas. More

Extremely Nice People to Do Business With Overall, happy with Honda of Murfreesboro. I’d certainly do business with them again in the future. On the negative side, it took entirely too long to complete the sale. Maybe they’re understaffed or extremely busy or both, but it took many many many hours of my time to complete a cash sale on a negotiated new car with trade. They need to do better to keep customers. Also, you need to have HondaCare as an option for an extended warranty. More

The owner even helped make sure there wasn’t more that could be done. Overall it was a great experience and everyone should buy their Honda here and from Vic!!!! More
