Toyota RAV4 purchase Kelvin Alarcon was very helpful and friendly in explaining the various functions of the car before and during the test drive. I never found anyone like Kelvin and very comfortable to get all my queries clarified. Toyota Sunnyvale is the best place to get your new Toyota vehicle. Its my friend referred Amir Kandil at Sunnyvale Toyota and asked Kelvin to help us. Kelvin heard all my requirements and shown the Rav4 models. I have done my test ride and all went fine. Kelvin got me Jorge Andrade for the final quotation. They never pushed me to make the final decision. They have provided the best deal and provided time to think and get back. I went a week later during Labor Day. Marco Mora and Kevin helped to provide the best deal. I was very happy to get my new RAV4 from Toyota Sunnyvale. I would definitely recommend Toyota Sunnyvale. Got a good deal. More

RAV4 Hybrid We went to Toyota Sunnyvale because they still had a ruby red pearl vehicle on their website. Kelvin Alarcon was the seller in turn. To our bad luck, We went to Toyota Sunnyvale because they still had a ruby red pearl vehicle on their website. Kelvin Alarcon was the seller in turn. To our bad luck, we were disappointed to learn that the RAV4 was sold the day before. But to make the story short, Kelvin went the extra mile and traced another ruby red at another dealership. After he and his manager negotiated a car trade with the other dealership, they proposed to purchase the new trade car. Needless to say, we took the opportunity. Overall, Toyota Sunnyvale and specially Kelvin were very professional handling our case. The whole purchase process went very smooth thanks to Kelvin´s friendliness and professionalism.
