The Service Department folks are always cheerful, professional, and work with integrity. When they've told me the car will be ready within 2 hours, it's ready within 2 hours. Service\Repair\Cost is professional, and work with integrity. When they've told me the car will be ready within 2 hours, it's ready within 2 hours. Service\Repair\Cost is always explained clearly and thoroughly, questions get answered even if they have to bring you to the bay and show you. Great service experience every time I step in the door. Seating areas are always clean and comfortable, only improvement I can note is that the coffee packets are often stocked only lightly. More
