Charged for services not provided I took my vehicle in for an service which included an oil change and 13 point inspection which included topping of fluids. My vehicle didn't have I took my vehicle in for an service which included an oil change and 13 point inspection which included topping of fluids. My vehicle didn't have windshield washer going in and leaving. I took the vehicle back and they said they did it but, sure enough it wasn't topped. What's to guarentee they changed the oil? More

Great experience. Friendly and on top of things I came in without an appointment and straight out of the car Ken was there and ready to roll. He was dressed sharply and willing to help. He told me my appointment may take longer than usual due to the fact I didn't have an appointment, but assured me my car would still be taken care of in the same business day. A couple hours later ken personally took me on a test drive to ensure that the issue was not there anymore and then sent me on my way. Will definitely return to this service center in the future. Great job. More
