I brought in my 2004 mustang for brakes and told service that there was something more than pads and rotors wrong with them. They felt like they were hanging up with a bad caliper or rotor. I received car b that there was something more than pads and rotors wrong with them. They felt like they were hanging up with a bad caliper or rotor. I received car back with slides freed up and new pads and rotors. Car went for inspection and passed but inspector said left front tire was hard to turn. I drove car and brakes still felt like they were sticking. Now they also had a smell and ton of brake dust. Car went back to the dealer and they diagnose it as a bad caliper and hose which is what i said when I first brought the car in. Ken was very nice about it and didn’t charge for diagnosis and reduced the bill. I had to arrange transport too and from and take time out of my schedule to do this though. More

Always helpful, courteous and professional. Was out of state during a deluge of rain, remnants of a "tropical storm" with a sunroof that was not closing.
