We happened to connect with Ken Collings because he answered the phone. He was a good listener, understood what we wanted, explained available choices, and got right on finding the car we wanted at a B answered the phone. He does not race over things, speaks slowly and clearly,not like the typical 20's waitress "Hi. I'm Barabara. I'll be your server tonight. Is there anything I can get you now?" all in the space of four seconds. More

Our experience with Falmouth Toyota and Ken Collings was great. I fully expected to have to play all of the usual games when bargaining for our used Highlander, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that great. I fully expected to have to play all of the usual games when bargaining for our used Highlander, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the sales process was very low pressure. We made one offer and Ken came back with a number just a little over ours. He even threw in new floor mats at our request. From having researched prices for several months, I believe the price we paid was very competitive. Ken was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The car was presented to us in excellent condition, very clean with some of the minor dings touched up. We drove all the way up from Rhode Island, but it was well worth the trip. I would highly recommend Falmouth Toyota and Ken Collings. More
