My wife and I take pride in our King Charles Spaniel and two affectionate Cavapoos. I am an avid bird watcher. I am always eager to discover new avian species. Finance went in to buy a certain type of vehicle. Financing was done before she went in. Ken was unhelpful and unprofessional. She asked explanations on the pricing and he didn't want to. He told her Financing was done before she went in. Ken was unhelpful and unprofessional. She asked explanations on the pricing and he didn't want to. He told her to have a nice day and thanked her for her time. Not once, but twice. Went back to the financial institution and told them the situation. They called the dealership and talked to them about it. They car was moved down the lot to the Honda side and she purchased it no problem from a different salesman. He missed out on easy money. More
