I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. My sales career started as a Marine on Recruiter Duty. I bring the same dedication and commitment to my role as Client Advisor as in my previous professions. Easy and efficient I bought my new M3 from Ken Delk, and because I am from out of state, all negotiation and deal done via email or telephone. Ken was great to deal with, the final pricing was fair, and I was treated with respect. Ken collected me from the airport and the final sales and delivery process was easy and efficient. A few extras were thrown in without me asking, and that certainly left me with a good impression. I would recommend Ken and this dealership based on my experience with them. And it doesn't hurt that I then got to drive my new M3 320 miles back home. Great cars help make satisfied customers! More

None Better than Ken Delk! I've always wanted a BMW, so when the time came for a new vehicle, I decided to give Westlake BMW a try. I had been on a few other test drives in the I've always wanted a BMW, so when the time came for a new vehicle, I decided to give Westlake BMW a try. I had been on a few other test drives in the days prior to my visit and some dealerships had soured me on my buying experience. My family and I walked into the showroom and were greeted right away. I was introduced to Ken and we discussed what I was looking for. I had my eye on an X3 in the showroom, and he took the time to go over every detail on that vehicle ensuring that I could make a very informed decision. Then we went on the most AWESOME test drive I've ever been on, and this is NOT my first car purchase. He showed me just how the X3 handles in various road conditions and traffic scenarios. He made me feel very comfortable with the vehicle before we brought it back to the showroom. There was never any pressure to buy, nor was there a sales pitch. Ken was extremely polite with his approach and made me feel like I was his only customer. Needless to say, I purchased the X3 in the showroom, how could I not after learning about and driving the vehicle. Ken made the entire experience very enjoyable, and I'm not always enthused about spending big dollars on the wheel for vehicles. When I picked up the X3, I got to spend time with Mike in Financing and Nate, my BMW genius. Again, another quality experience. I never once felt like I was anything less than top priority. For anyone considering a BMW, this is the place to be and Ken, Mike and Nate are your go to team! More

Quick and efficient! I recently leased a 2015 BMW (328 i xdrive) demo unit from BMW Westlake. The salesman presented me with a range of price points and did not try to ove I recently leased a 2015 BMW (328 i xdrive) demo unit from BMW Westlake. The salesman presented me with a range of price points and did not try to oversell me. I reviewed the price points made my offer based upon the money factor and residual value of the lease. I was not impressed by the dealer's failure to negotiate on the money factor. I had proposed a money factor of (0 .00120 )or 2.89%, which BMW North America advertises on its website, but was told that it applied to 2016 vehicles. Hindsight being 20/20, it appears that this is untrue since the dealer is assigning a money factor of (0.00120) 2.89% to get 2015 vehicles off the lot! I was quote a money factor of 0.00147 or 3.52%. More
