I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. My sales career started as a Marine on Recruiter Duty. I bring the same dedication and commitment to my role as Client Advisor as in my previous professions. Felt like a comfy pillow Came in on a Wed. afternoon after work looking for a specific car. Met Ken Delk who walked me very easily thru the process. Was told they had one that was a demo but was discounted as a result. I was shown the vehicle and discussed the pertinent info - and settled on a mutually agreeable deal. Not once was I ever pushed into anything I didnt want or told anything other than what I had asked for. This was my first dealing with BMW and I felt like a long lost friend.
