Hello, my name is Ken Delk and I am a Senior Client Advisor for BMW of Westlake. I have worked for BMW and the Ganley organization since October 2004. I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. My sales career started as a Marine on Recruiter Duty. I bring the same dedication and commitment to my role as Client Advisor as in my previous professions. Ken's the best. No pressure type of car salesman. Knows the product well. Helped me program my new 5 series with my garage door. Can't say enough good things about Ken. I have only good to say about Ganley BMW. When getting a new car, the worst part is typically the negotiation process - especially when trading in an existing vehicle. The Ganley folks were straightforward new car, the worst part is typically the negotiation process - especially when trading in an existing vehicle. The Ganley folks were straightforward without being condescending. I would recommend this dealership. More

My husband wanted to lease a 2013 BMW M6. We were having difficulty getting sufficient information about the car from our local BMW dealership. From the moment I spoke with Ken the first time, he answered my questions about the car, searched for a car while we were still on the phone, and in less than 24 hours, we had a price on the car. Ken was very personable, professional, and polite. When my husband acquired the car, Ken spent well over an hour demonstrating the many features on the car. Ken made the process very easy, and we highly recommend him for anyone looking to purchase a BMW. More

Just got our third new BMW through Ganley. As usual the team there was AWESOME! My wife & I traded in our 2011 R350 & 2012 G37 Convertible for a new Black/Black 2013 X5 Premium 7 seater for her & we LOVE I team there was AWESOME!
