I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. My sales career started as a Marine on Recruiter Duty. I bring the same dedication and commitment to my role as Client Advisor as in my previous professions. If you are going to buy or lease a new or CPO BMW, THIS IS YOUR ONE STOP SHOP! I had my 04 X3 & 05 645CIC serviced here 100% of the time & would take them no where else, fair pricing & honest work....Enou IS YOUR ONE STOP SHOP! I Leased a 2011 335D about 5 months ago & it is nothing but a dream I avg 30mgp city & 37-40mpg highway! (even better if I can avoid the AWESOME pull 425 lb-ft of torque) The deal was super smooth & let's just say Ken & Fred worked some (Magic) & got me out of car I had just leased 3 months prior & needed out of. Wonderful Work! I brought a friend in & thanks to the magic of the Team, he leased a 2011 328xi & Bought his fiance a CPO 2008 328xi! WHAT A DEAL on 2 great cars! My initial experience with Ganley BMW was for service of used BMW which I had purchased from a private seller in May 2011. I worked with Jim Strunk as my service advisor who spent considerable time explaini used BMW which I had purchased from a private seller in May 2011. I worked with Jim Strunk as my service advisor who spent considerable time explaining features of the vehicle and offered advice on driving and storage. When I was in the market to evaluate new vehicles, I sought out Jim's advice. Jim referred me to Ken Delk in new vehicle sales. Ken listened to my driving habits and needs as well as the types and features of my past vehicles. He recommended a 528i X drive for my evaluation. Although the features on this 2012 were very new, Ken was very knowledgeable about the vehicle's features and comparative details of other models. Ken was very reasonable in working a lease term that met my expectations and upon delivery, he spent considerable time with me explaining and formatting the features of my new vehicle. Mike Hall handled the business transaction and was very professional and did not press additional services or features beyond my original agreement. The entire buying experience was well organized and efficient and further strengthened my relationship with this dealership which began with a service visit. More

This is the second car that I bought from Ganley BMW, having purchased an SUV in 2003. I have dealt almost exclusively over the last 8 years with Jim Strunk in the service department. Jim is funny, kin having purchased an SUV in 2003. I have dealt almost exclusively over the last 8 years with Jim Strunk in the service department. Jim is funny, kind, genuine, and most of all honest. These are expensive cars which would imply that the people driving them have money but I have never felt that Jim has tried to take advantage of me or rip me off. I have also worked with Mike in service. Like Jim, Mike is friendly and honest. When Mike has handled my car, he has first tried to rule out the least expensive problems instead of just running up a huge bill. I live in Richmond Heights which is a good distance from the Ganley BMW dealership. In fact, I drive past at least two closer dealerships to get to Ganley and I do so mainly because of the service provided to me which is excellent. When it came time for me to purchase another vehicle, I knew I would get it from Ganley. Ken Delk is an excellent salesman who is available to help answer any and all questions. Ken is knowledgeable. This is the first car that I actually negotiated for by myself and there were no problems with Ken. New car sales manager Thom Henretta was not at Ganley when I bought the SUV. He is friendly and focused on customer service. My new car experience this time was much more pleasant than the one I had when I bought the SUV. Michael Hall in the financial department was patient and did not try to convince me to buy things that I didn't want or need. I am looking forward to getting another SUV from Ganley in 2013. More
