I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. Dealing with Ken in my latest BMW purchased was a pleasure! He is both efficient and professional and pays attention to the small details, which separates an average buying experience from a great o pleasure! No pressure, easy-going and very customer focused, Ken will be my first contact in the future as I continue to purchase BMW vehicles. I was a previous customer of Ganley BMW, however went to another dealership for my last two BMW's due to issues with the "old" sales group. I intially went in to get my car serviced. So as I was waiting I took the time to walk around the lot. Suprisingly no one came up to me to see if I had any questions until I crossed Kenneth Delk's path. H waiting I took the time to walk around the lot. He is an excellent salesperson and I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. I also dealth with Mike Hall, the finance manager. My first experience with Ganley BMW was outstanding. Both the GM and sales associate were very personably, helpful and transparent. My son and I were/are both looking for a new vehicle. We worked with John Caruso through out the buying processes, who was extremely attentive and very customer friendly. He followed up with us after our first visit, set a test drive, and provided us the opportunity to meet with Frank Steffan, manger and the Ganley team. Frank and John made our purchase of the new 640i Grand Coupe a great experience. They were reasonable on pricing both the new car and trade in. They took out the haggling, back and forth negotiations and were very fair to me (and I do my homework on both sides of the deal). The negotiation process took less than 15 minutes and was a very pleasant experience. For me in all my car purchases (this is my fourth BMW, but first through Ganley), that was a very unique experience. It was a pleasure working with them and I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone on the Ganley staff was pleasant and customer focused. Fred Palmer did our closing and was honest, professional and efficient. All in all I have nothing but great things to say about our experience in purchasing our new BMW at Ganley. While we are still looking for the right pre-owned vehicle for my son, we are hoping that Ganley will be the one to have it. More
