Service advisors at Autohaus are exceptional especially Ryan and John. The issue are the techs in the service center. They constantly screw up repairs and have no regards to the vehicle. Most recently brought my vehicle in and they failed the repair the same issue twice and ended up scratching the trim inside. It really shows the incompetence of the technicians. I am not sure if its a training issue or lack of oversight from the foreman. More
