Ken Hammer rules! Ive had so many bad experiences with pushy salespeople that I dread the process of buying a new car. Stressful Situation Made Easy I was finally in need of a new vehicle after 10 years. I honestly did not know what I wanted. I knew I wanted and SUV but after that I didn't have a c I was finally in need of a new vehicle after 10 years. I honestly did not know what I wanted. I knew I wanted and SUV but after that I didn't have a clue. Ken was so patient and understanding when I wanted to keep looking at different vehicles. I would highly recommend Ken and Bianchi to anyone. We were there right after the big Erie snow storm and all the employee's were so nice and friendly also. I love my Kia Sorento. Thanks again Ken!
