Ken was awesome! He made what seemed like the impossible.... possible! I was looking for a certified pre-owned Jeep Wrangler for my wife. Klaben Jeep had the best price on Autotrader, so I reached out to them. They worked tirelessly with me to come to an agreement on pricing an my wife. Klaben Jeep had the best price on Autotrader, so I reached out to them. They worked tirelessly with me to come to an agreement on pricing and other concerns I had. When we picked it up, we ended up experiencing an issue with the radio after we headed away from the dealership. They had us come right back, gave us a loaner vehicle to get home with and then brought the vehicle back to us when the radio was fixed. Klaben Jeep is clearly committed to complete customer satisfaction and I intend to buy my next Jeep from them, even though it is a 3.5 hour drive. Well done! More
