I questioned the clarity to when my oil was scheduled to be changed. The sticker on the window said one thing, the Mazda app said another. The difference was promptly reconciled and service scheduled me 2-3 be changed. The sticker on the window said one thing, the Mazda app said another. The difference was promptly reconciled and service scheduled me 2-3 hours later for oil change. I believe the gentleman was Ken as Service Advisor. It was refreshing to be on the receiving end of sales and service communicate and problem solve in my behalf. I am not one to be in a hurry per se, rather, I want to get it right. Byers Mazda got it right. Ken looked at my app and pointed to the miles left before next oil change at 5,000 miles. Everything lined up. The thing I appreciate right up there with kindness is the effort to answer questions that may come up. If the person doesn’t know they get someone that does. I am one who reads and wants to know the details. I told Rusty, I am fairly analog, coming from a gas only Mazda 6 turbo. I didn’t see if service checked for software updates. Perhaps none needed. I would like to know how I would be notified. I don’t want to be tardy. People don’t have to be nice. I appreciate that the Mazda team is nice to all of us. People buy you before we buy it. I buy that they are trying very much to make my day, so to speak, of which I am grateful. The bottom line, Byers is a fit for me at this point. If you are anyone like me. It will be a good fit for you too. More

This is my fourth Mazda and I have brought all four Mazdas to BYERS MAZDA for service. This last Mazda3, I ended up purchasing at the end of the lease because I absolutely loved it so much. I’m going t Mazdas to BYERS MAZDA for service. This last Mazda3, I ended up purchasing at the end of the lease because I absolutely loved it so much. I’m going to be continuing to bring it to BYERS MAZDA because of the great service, ability to schedule appointments, the video taken of my car during service, and thorough inspection.I can make a phone call to Kenny or another technician at Byers service and get a question answered about my car if needed. More
