Found a used car that I liked at a distant Honda Dealership. You never know how these things are going to work out, but to my pleasant surprise Ken and the whole team at Heritage Honda of Westminst Dealership. If you are like any normal person, buying a car tends to be a love/hate experience. You love getting getting a new car, but hate being sold what you don't want, get less then what you wanted/needed for you be a love/hate experience. You love getting getting a new car, but hate being sold what you don't want, get less then what you wanted/needed for your trade-in, having to take whatever rate the finance department gives you. The experience here was the all the love with none of the hate! Everyone was courteous from the moment I walked in. Ken was fantastic at finding me what I wanted, and never tried to sell me something I didn't. I got way over what I expected for my trade-in. If that wasn't enough, Warren found me multiple rates, even up to the point that I was signing the papers and another rate came in that saved me a couple more dollars. The team at Heritage managed to get my payment below what I expected including getting an extended warranty! I cannot overstate how great it was buying my first new car at Heritage. More
