Ken Mercer and Heritage Honda has forever changed my feelings of buying a new car and the usual unpleasantness of playing games and price haggling. Me and my son were looking for an Accord just to road feelings of buying a new car and the usual unpleasantness of playing games and price haggling. Me and my son were looking for an Accord just to road test to compare between that and a Toyota Camry. Ken went out of his way to grab one from another store just for us to drive even though we told him we may not purchase a car from him. We already had quotes from other dealers and of course due to the shortage of vehicles they were way overpriced and had the fair market value adjustment prices added on to them. Let me tell you this is when Ken exceeded my expectations in every way of purchasing a vehicle! From the start he was extremely transparent on pricing, never pushy, beat our best quote, and on top of all that him and Heritage waived the fair market value price adjustment so we could complete the transaction and be 100% satisfied!! If Ken and Heritage Honda treats every customer that walks in their door like they did us- they will be in business forever and will have 100% customer satisfaction!
