I find that very disrespectful when He knows I do this for a living. He was very pushy and wouldn't take no for an answer & wasted my time trying to sell me something when I told him I couldn't afford. Also told me I would have to comeback to get my tags, I told him with my schedule I would be busy. He proceeded to say "busy with 6 cars on the lot". I did not enjoy working with Adam. More

While picking out the add-ons for my new CR-V Ken was very honest when I asked for his opinion. Unfortunately with the shortage of vehicles out there, it was a little bit of a waiting game but Ken kept in touch with me on a regular basis. Once my CR-V arrived he spent time going over all the new features, helped me set them up if needed and also helped me pair my phone. I would highly recommend Heritage Honda Westminster and Ken Mercer. More

Good Afternoon: My daughter and I had the pleasure of working with Ken Mercer and Robert Lee the other night at the Westminister Heritage Honda dealership. We used to have a relationship with a Honda De working with Ken Mercer and Robert Lee the other night at the Westminister Heritage Honda dealership. We used to have a relationship with a Honda Dealership close to our home in Rockville but as of the car shortage, they have not been very nice to their clients or to us. Therefore, we drove an one hour up to Westminister Heritage Honda and it was worth the drive. It was the best thing we could have done. They stayed late with us to help finalize buying the car. I was not sure if I should get a Used HRV or a new HRV and they showed me both pricing to help me make my decision. They were absolutely wonderful to work with and we hope to always use this Honda Dealership in the future. This will be the new Sales Team that we will work with of our future purchases with Honda cars. Westminister Heritage Honda rolled out the red carpet for us and even checked that we returned home safely due to the distance we needed to drive home.
