I drove all my way from DC to Heritage Honda Westminster and purchased my first New Honda CR-V EX here. The great experience I received totally worthd my 1 hour driving. Chris, Ken, Robert and Gregg were ex and purchased my first New Honda CR-V EX here. The great experience I received totally worthd my 1 hour driving. Chris, Ken, Robert and Gregg were extremely professional, friendly and thoughtful for their customer, especially during this microchip shortage time where there is not a lot of cars on the market to sell. You know it's always easy to be kind and professional for salesmen during Buyer's marker, but it's not easy to stay so during Seller's market. Thank you Chris for helping me to find the right car. I felt quite guilty to let him pull out so many cars for me from the garage to have a look and try, especially for a such hot weather. He never had any complains and always willing to do so with the smile, never gave me any pressure to buy. Last month I bought my first car. Went around 6 o’clock. When I walked in the door I saw Ken and he walked straight up to me and was ready to answer all my questions and needs. WOW!!! I called Ken about a red CR-V they had in stock, made an appointment for the next day but had to cancel. Ken asked if we would be willing to do some quotes over the phone and I said why not. Long s made an appointment for the next day but had to cancel. Ken asked if we would be willing to do some quotes over the phone and I said why not. Long story short we came to an agreement and they delivered our CR-V Touring Edition down to us on the Eastern Shore and drove our Civic trade back. Signed all the paperwork on the dining room table, can't ask for more than that! More
