This was important as I am an out of state customer, so I was unable to simply drive over to the dealership to explore the vehicles. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner, the answers I received were clear and straightforward, there was no concern with having to play games or jump through hoops to get the information I needed. Ultimately I landed on purchasing a new vehicle, I traveled in from out of town, and was even picked up by Edgar and given a ride to the dealership to finalize the transaction. I would travel from out of state again to purchase another vehicle here at Valley Honda. More

My husband & I researched all the vehicles in the area (10 dealerships), and we decided on Valley Honda mainly because of Jackson's patient, no pressure, kind personality. They offered us a wonderful price, without the painful process that is usually involved in purchasing a new car.
