Service as usual was great. The only issue was with the pick-up process. It was scheduled for 8:30 am, but I did not receive a call about pick up until ~10 am and pick-up didn't The only issue was with the pick-up process. I'm just glad the shop was as efficient as usual and the they still had my truck back to me before 3 pm. More

I have the tale of two dealerships. I took my van, due to a blown starter motor, by order of my insurance company to another dealer in the area. They took over a week and half (leaving I took my van, due to a blown starter motor, by order of my insurance company to another dealer in the area. They took over a week and half (leaving me without a vehicle) to replace the starter and quote me an $800+ fix. On top of that, they gave me a report that was 4 pages long and admitted to taking off my tires to inspect breaks, boots, lines, etc. I never asked for this. They told me that my inspection would fail if I did not replace the breaks. Bowditch inspected the same vehicle and found everything in working order and gave me only what I was getting is serviced for They did not try to up sell me on parts or work that I was not ready for simply to fill their coffers. It is this reason I keep coming back. They deal honestly, promptly and are always working hard to meet a customer halfway. More
