This guy stayed an hour after the dealership closed and came an hour early into work the next day and then came on a 45 minute test drive to make sure the vehicle would be ok with my bad back. Jeff Fox was amazing with the purchase of new Honda CR-V! This was my first visit to the Wilde Honda Dealership by East Town in Madison. It was by far the best car buying experience of my life. I had called o This was my first visit to the Wilde Honda Dealership by East Town in Madison. It was by far the best car buying experience of my life. I had called on the phone in advance and spoke to Jeff Fox in sales. I explained I was looked for a Honda dealership to help me with the purchase of a Honda CR-V. Jeff listened attentively to me on the phone. He told me to stop by and he would help me with purchasing my new Honda CR-V. He also told me not too worry, and everything would go smoothly. I was greeted very professionally at the front door, and the door was held open for me. Upon entering, associates directed me to Jeff Fox. He was very friendly and positive. He offered me coffee and refreshments in their lounge. We then went to work to discuss my Honda. I had picked one out in advance, a 2016 Honda CR-V EX model. It was even the color I had hoped to find, dark blue. Jeff was incredible. He listened patiently to my story as I told him I had spoken with competitive dealerships, with no luck of finding the model I wanted. It was so excellent that Jeff even apologized to me for what I had gone through in a search for a Honda CR-V. He showed me the amazing award banners proudly displayed on the wall of the showroom, showing excellence awards of 7 consecutive years. I was extremely impressed. Jeff then went to work on my deal. The sales manager evaluated my trade in and gave me a fair price for it. Jeff then introduced me to Bobbi from the business office. He explained that finance would take over from that point. Bobbi was also very amazing, she too listened to me attentively. Bobbi thoroughly explained all of the additional coverage that I could get on my new Honda. Bobbi then kindly introduced me to Kenn Ogunsola who finished up with the explained the financing and signing the papers. Kenn also was so very professional and incredible. The whole financing process was very smooth. Kenn was truly incredible, just as was both Jeff and Bobbi. Kenn then directed me back to Jeff Fox. At that point, the sale was complete. The most care free and amazing car experience of my life! And, Jeff had my vehicle warmed up and ready to go for me, followed by a handshake and kind words of congratulations. Wow! I am definitely now a lifelong customer of Wilde Honda East Town in Madison! I must say a final special thanks to Jeff, Kenn and Bobbi! I am lucky to be alive and have had such a hard time Finding a safe, reliable, fairly new car that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. After so many weeks of looking online and having to inconvenience my sister for rides everywhere, I had grown quite cranky. When I went over to Wilde East Towne Honda, it was like sitting down and getting a breath of fresh air. Jeff knew that I could afford only what I told him so he wasn’t pushy.He suggested two solid used cars that were a little more than I wanted to spend, but I realized that I was going to have to spend more because I just didn’t have a realistic view of the used car market. Thank goodness I purchased the car I did because I am not going to have to purchase a replacement car anytime soon because I went too cheap. Kenn explained the financing for me in terms I could easily understand. He was very fun to work with as well. Aaron, the manager at the time was very nice and went out of his way to answer my questions and to make sure I was satisfied with the car. I highly recommend Wilde East Towne Honda because they took care of me like family, I respect them and I trust them. They set my mind at ease and removed the anxiety that I had developed recovering from my accident and moving on. I was in sales for many years and I can detect honesty, xxxxxxxx, and people who have only their own best interest at heart.
