Purchased the 2017 Honda HRV as a certified vehicle in October 2019. Had to bring the vehicle in within a day or two to have the lower engine splash shield screws replaced because they weren't tightened a October 2019. Had to bring the vehicle in within a day or two to have the lower engine splash shield screws replaced because they weren't tightened and fell out. Brought the vehicle in on May 19 to have the oil, oil filter and tires rotated. Was driving the vehicle today, may 20, and the front of the lower engine splash shield came off and was dragging on the pavement. Also the low tire pressure light came on. Took the vehicle in again and the screws were replaced. Due to a previous appt, did not have time to address the low tire pressure light. Will be bringing the vehicle back to have tje issue addressed. Not pleased with wolfchase Honda's service dept. More

Great service! I came in for a tire rotation and oil change which was done in just over the time I was told. The cool thing is I had been stressing about the DRL th I came in for a tire rotation and oil change which was done in just over the time I was told. The cool thing is I had been stressing about the DRL that had gone out on my car (as have most people's who own this model) because they were not on recall and to replace them would be over $500. The tech came to me and told me they were going to replace them free! WOO HOO!!! It make me feel much better for choosing Honda. More
