***HECTOR the SALES MANAGER IS A REAL JERK! !***************Everyone was great. Renee is amazing and Kenny G was professional as always. We got to finanace and he was awesome as well. There was an error in the price and they had to get a guy named Hector (sales manager, Kenny was on vacation). This guy Hector was so nasty and rude, that if it wasnt for how nice everyone else was, I would have walked out. We payed 94 thousand dollars cash for a car. We payed MSRP, plus dealer fees without blinking an eye, and this guy trys to extort us for another 2k. After waiting 14 months for the car, he says "I have multiple people who will buy this car for 25K over MSRP right now, are you really going to walk away over 2k" After trying the nice route, I had to threaten to sue the jerk using the texts and emails I had just to get him to do the obvious, and right thing. Again, every single other part if the process was perfect, but this guy literally ruined the experience. I gave them full stars because it shouldn't have an impact on the the great service we received from everyone else More
