Prior to connecting with Ganley Village I had reached o I just purchased a Grand Cherokee Overland from Ganley Village Chrysler Jeep in Gainesville. Prior to connecting with Ganley Village I had reached out to several dealers and had gotten almost nowhere. I asked for information from Ganley Village over the internet and received an email from Mike Campola with helpful pricing information within an hour and this was during non-business hours. First thing the next morning I had a call from Mike Arnoff, Business Manager. I explained what I wanted and he listened and answered all my questions and gave me instantly a price that exceeded what I had been given from others. Simultaneously I received emails from a telephone representative who wanted to make sure I had received all I had needed. The professionalism was total. I made a visit to Ganley Village that day and met Mike and he had Dave Melaragno, the sales rep show me two Overlands and answer my questions. He took me and my wife for a test drive. Dave, like Mike, had a laser focus on my needs and doing everything possible to make the process positive and painless. Dave confirmed the pricing. We explained we don't make snap decisions and both Dave and Mike respected that and we all agreed to talk the next morning. At that point my wife and I had been given the information and the respect we needed to make a good decision. We ordered our blue Overland the next morning. We picked up the next business day with both Dave and Mike helping with the completion of the transaction. The entire process was top notch. Dave and Mike were perfect sales reps for Ganley - helping us get exactly what we wanted at the best possible price. I could not have had a better experience. More

Upon arrival, Adam and Todd ushered me into the waiting area with outstanding attention and grace throughout. While there, I met Ken. He was likewise attentive. During my one hour wait, I observed incredibly engaged employees coming and going. A number stopped to say hello. I truly thought I was at the Ritz Carlton. While another dealer is much closer to my home, I will be traveling the extra 20 miles to Ganley Village Dodge for my future needs. More
