He was very knowledgeable and super friendly and polite. Gage gave us some very interesting information about the vehicle that we weren't aware of and helped us make a decision. Never once did we feel pressured. Gage even gave us a tour of the service department. The Sales Manager, Ken Kukwa, was great. He helped us reach a deal and even tolerated our "haggling", while finding a way to meet in the middle. Bob Kukwa handled the financial part of our purchase and he could not have been nicer! The service manager, Bill, introduced himself and made us feel right at home- yet another super nice guy! Honestly, this dealership seems like it is made up of the warmest group of people? We intend to stick with this dealership! All we look for when buying a car(or anything really!) are kind people, a fair deal, and dependable service. Ganley Village has all of them! Thank you guys!!! Todd fits the bill and made himself available to speak with me, even on his day off and after hours. After a six and a half hour drive from my small town in North Carolina, I was honestly and pleasantly surprised at how welcoming and friendly the entire staff was and the dealership had that "small town feel", which is very nice! The entire staff at Ganley Village Dodge Jeep Ram was helpful and very approachable. The guys and gals all had great attitudes and seemed to really enjoy providing excellent customer service. Stopped by on a whim.........owned a Jeep 2 days later! Stopped by to satisfy my curiosity of the Jeep Wrangler. Due to Ganley's friendly and customer focused sales personnel and staff and the dealers Stopped by to satisfy my curiosity of the Jeep Wrangler. Due to Ganley's friendly and customer focused sales personnel and staff and the dealership's large inventory, two days later I drove the exact Jeep model I wanted home. My wife and I were greeted at the door by a friendly receptionist and we met sales rep Larry Orozco. Larry brought us two different Jeeps to drive. After the test drives we sat down and talked about what we wanted and got a price. We were not ready at that time to sign so we went home to think on it. The next day we decided to go and drive the exact Jeep we were interested in. Larry was off and we were paired with Exon Reynoso. Our experience with this young man was fantastic. Exon is a young man who is passionate about his job and will do whatever is necessary to address the customers’ expectations and accommodate them if at all possible. He listened, shared his knowledge of the Jeep and did not hesitate to reach out to other personnel to find information if he was unable to give an accurate response. In addition, Exon is a personable young man who strives to demonstrate to his customers his genuine commitment to them through his strong work ethic and integrity. Working through the pricing was smooth and at the end of the day we were close to the sale. Later that night we were called by Ken Kukwa who presented a price that worked. We closed the deal the following afternoon with a no pressure meeting with Michael Arnoff. Ganley made it happen! More

Justin and Ken were great in working out all the details and terms. They even called several other dealers just to find a particular color for me. I eventually bought the one on their lot.
