I had an exceptional experience when I ordered my new Outback from Tony on December 27th. It came in earlier than expected and I was able to pick it up on January 29th! Awesome service and friendly staff , from Michael the seller person who was there from day I ordered the vehicle until day day that it was delivery. In between that time he always kept in touch giving me seller person who was there from day I ordered the vehicle until day day that it was delivery. In between that time he always kept in touch giving me updates.The dealer including the Manager were just excellent and very professional! Even days after my purchase I keeps receiving calls and text messages on my purchase. This dealer is something new for me I have never experience this kind of customer service. I believe that we will continue doing business with FiveStarts SUBARU in a near future. Michael just went above and beyond the call of duty ! Excellent human being and a very special young man that should be commended for his outstanding work ! Tony the General Manager was just a great treat to share some time with him just talking about everything from the Subaru to some USA historic ! I have never Expiriance talking to a GM during a car purchase and that was a BIG PLUS in my book. The dealer is clear and beautiful including the bathroom. Plain simple I was just very impressed and happy to choose FiveStarts for my first but no last SUBARU. ( For future consideration : The $500 military discount was only Offer for veterans getting out the service in the last 12 months! We are Army veterans for life not just 12 months after leaving the service .Just consider offering those $500 discount to all veterans because we all deserve it! ( Also First responders like myself as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer Retired should be included)Other than that Thanks God Bless and God Bless the USA . More
