He guided us to an available seating area as they were very busy that day, always a good sign, and got us a couple of bottles of water while we waited for Azrael. My wife and I spent three hours here not because the process was a hassle, but because Azrael walked us through all the features (inside and out) of our certified used Legacy and allowed us a long test drive. Azrael and team made us feel comfortable and well informed throughout the process. We even stayed after the purchase to look at a couple of new Subarus my wife was interested in checking out.
