It has been a long time since I went to a dealership to buy a car. However, the Subaru team I worked with, starting with Cameron, was excellent. Even though they were super busy the day I went in, they made sure to answer any questions I had, make sure I was doing well and that I was kept up to date on where we were in the process. The fun thing for me was Cameron is an avid West Ham soccer fan and I am an Everton fan. Our teams happened to be playing each other that morning so we had some awesome banter during the process. Overall this was a great experience for me, especially since I have not been to a car dealership in 20+ years. I would visit Subaru of Grapevine again in a heart beat. More

We felt very comfortable shopping at Five Star Subaru for our next new car. From entry to driving home, every employee was superior to other dealerships we visited. At Five Star, our salesman Ron Y, was very easy to talk with and he knew his stuff. We weren't pressured to buy and he guided us to buying an Outback versus a Forester. The Outback had the features we desired versus the Forester and this was going to be our forever car. The facility is second to none in professionalism and comfort. During our buying process we met Mr. Sam Pack and his family. That was very special to us. I feel that Five Star will take very good care of us for the future of our car. We enjoyed having the Product Specialist spend time with us after our purchase. She showed our how to set up the car for our convenice and answered all our questions. More
