Nick pays special attention to small details, ensuring that my vehicles are in great condition before they leave the dealership. He even thought to retain a carbon fiber license plate bracket for me that detailers likely would have tossed. Everyone else at Sears is also great. They new I was leaving town 2 days later, so they expedited certification and detailing the car so I could drive it on my trip.
