I'm not sure if it is nye or Ford Motor Company that continues to say nothing is wrong with my truck when at the beginning I had no issues with transmission until roughly 2,000 miles then continue to te continues to say nothing is wrong with my truck when at the beginning I had no issues with transmission until roughly 2,000 miles then continue to tell me nothing was wrong then they change the transmission had no issues for a short period of time then continued to have transmission issues with slamming into gear or out of gear return truck tonight approximately a week ago they said they could not find anything but ran diagnostic it stopped for a short period of time now continues to slam into gear downshifting again no matter what review I leave or telling Ford Motor Company or not that there is an issue I continue to get pushed off very good way to keep a customer to me I should be compensated for this like pay for half of my extended warranty so I have something to use to have this truck fixed every few months More

It was a horrible experiance. They worked on my truck for recalls. They had to replace the wire harness for the tailgate opening on its own. After they were done i started getting They worked on my truck for recalls. They had to replace the wire harness for the tailgate opening on its own. After they were done i started getting check park aid faults on my display. Never happened prior to this. They wanted to charge me $1200 to repair it. They said the module was bad. I told them I wasn’t paying for that. They then said i had to pay $300 for the tech to troubleshoot it. I also refused to pay that. I would say that when they changed the harness they shorted something to make the module go bad. It does it intermitantly. It may not even be bad it may be a short. I was disgusted. I will most likely never go there again. Ford should look into this type of issue. i think i am also going to call Ford Headquarters and let them know. More

Michele was great and amazing. I came in from out of town and she fixed my engine light issue quickly so I could go back home on time. She is the best.
