The serpentine belt on my car broke when on my way to a critical meeting in Virgina and DC. Because it had been replaced just weeks before, the dealership stood behind me, offered me a loaner, made it easy critical meeting in Virgina and DC. Because it had been replaced just weeks before, the dealership stood behind me, offered me a loaner, made it easy for me to pick it up even though the AAA tow wouldn't get to the dealership until after it closed, and that allowed me to make my meeting early the next morning. As an out-of-town Subaru owner, I am very grateful to Kerry and the folks at LGS for getting back on the road on our way to the eclipse last week!
