The staff at Sport Mazda is top of the line. I have done business at this location since 2005 and have never had a bad experience. During my latest service visit, Donnie and Sean went above a beyond the cal business at this location since 2005 and have never had a bad experience. During my latest service visit, Donnie and Sean went above a beyond the call of duty to ensure I was taken care of as a valued customer. All those selected/listed above not only provide a service, but also understand what it means to provide "customer service". Being a manager in Hospitality, I always say that if you don't have the right staff, you don't have anything. Please make sure this survey reaches Jay Mealy's desk. See you next time.....thanks! More

I was very disappointed with this dealership, the sales person that was helping me was not very knowledgeable in a lot of areas and sometimes absent minded on previous conversations. He also was not trustw person that was helping me was not very knowledgeable in a lot of areas and sometimes absent minded on previous conversations. He also was not trustworthy because he was holding back to much information and just could not give me honest answers on my questions. I would not recommend this dealership, they play to many games and don't take their customers serious. More

I worked with Victor for a couple of months. He went above and beyond to do everything for me. When I went into the dealership, Victor wasn't there and I worked with Kerwin. Kerwin did an excellent jo above and beyond to do everything for me. When I went into the dealership, Victor wasn't there and I worked with Kerwin. Kerwin did an excellent job helping me out and I went home with a 2012 Mazda 3. Michael Ross did a great job with the financing end. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. More

I Was not planning on buying A car on Tuesday night 3/27/12, much less two cars!! I was dropping my daughter off to pick up her vehicle from the Service department, but it had already closed. She went 3/27/12, much less two cars!! I was dropping my daughter off to pick up her vehicle from the Service department, but it had already closed. She went into the Sales office to get her keys and met Kerwin Laroque and a friendly conversation started. Kerwin offered a test-drive in a 2012 Mazda 3 and so it began... The Dealership was supposed to close at 8:00pm, but Kerwin, Rey Almonte, Michael Ross and Dan stayed while we continued to talk. And during negotiations I happened to see the brand new 2013 CX -5. We decided to take that for test drive as well. Before I knew it, it was well past 9:30 and we were discussing the possibility of both cars. However, I couldn't decide on the color and because it was dark outside It was hard to tell, so the "guys" started moving tables and chairs and drove a car into the Showroom just so I could see better. Suffice to say I ended up buying both cars (1 for me, 1 for my daughter) and we all left at midnight! The process was easy and friendly and without pressure. I truly appreciated the service and staying "open" long after the store was closed....and we Love our new cars!! Thank you! More

Everyone was very helpful and accomodating. I live in daytona and bought from Orlando. everything in this dealership was perfect the customer service the sales i felt good there but when we got to the payments of car they just need a little more finance options because they were trying to g service the sales i felt good there but when we got to the payments of car they just need a little more finance options because they were trying to get me payment of 450 a month i could not make a deal went to another dealership right after and had the same car but fully loaded for 600 dollars less and 160 less a month and 60 months instead of 72 months kerwin tried everything it was not his fault need better bosses that know how to make a deal and they tried to tell him at 19 percent and i made a deal at nissan dealership and 13 percent im kind of happy the deal did not go threw but will defferently recomend sports mazda to all my friends and specially kerwin he was wonderful with us thank you to kerwin. More
