Quick fix to factory recall They were friendly and helpful. Service was very quick, they were done just after their AWESOME shuttle service dropped us off for lunch. Prompt Service I was shopping right next to the dealership. When I started the truck a warning light came on and a message to contact the dealer. I drove next door I was shopping right next to the dealership. When I started the truck a warning light came on and a message to contact the dealer. I drove next door and they checked the truck, schedule it for the next day and made sure it was OK to drive home. The next day they checked the entire system and found the problem. The par was ordered on one day delivery and was installed the next day. .Kevin Bicknell, the service advisor, did an excellent job of taking care of my problem. Very friendly, provided all the information I needed and had it all taken care. All the service was covered under the warrenty. This individual should be recognized for his great attitude and service. More

One hubcap was inadvertently inadequately secured after tires were rotated, and it subsequently came o Maintenance service acceptable in all regards. One hubcap was inadvertently inadequately secured after tires were rotated, and it subsequently came off and was damaged. This was brought to the attention of Lithia Toyota and they promptly ordered and installed a replacement at no cost, with no questions. More
