Great Day! Was dreading having to buy a new car, but from The second Tom approached us I had a good feeling it would be a pleasant experience. He was helpful, honest, and didn’t waste any of our time trying to show us anything other than what I really wanted. We were there less than two hours and I was able to drive my car right off the lot. They even set up an appointment for me to get the windshield nick fixed. I highly recommend Novak Motors and plan on returning in the future for any other car needs. More

Excellent truck Truck was as advertised. Runs and looks great. Very clean. The salesman Kevin was efficient and friendly and treated me like family. He was very helpf Truck was as advertised. The finance manager Jeff was very helpful as well. They allowed me to put a deposit on the truck on the phone. I had lost one previously from another dealership who wouldn’t let me do that. All around pleasant experience Dealership caught our eye as we were driving by, thinking we saw a particular model, we turned in.. Although we were incorrect in what we thought we saw, we found quality inventory of many other makes/models. Met with Wes (& Howard) and took test ride in a different vehicle and left feeling satisfied with the interaction and information.. Opting for something different, after browsing the website, we returned to view other models. Another associate stepped in and was patient and answered every question till Wes was available. Wes made completing a deal a breeze. Never any pressure or silly tactics. More
