My new hybrid Rav4 is higher tech than I expected and all the features did not readily work with my new Samsung Galaxy smart phone. (Apparently Toyota's features sync better with I-Phones.) I do not know Chris, so I can not rate him. Ray was great to work with and is very good at keeping things organized. One problem though, I was told both of the vehicles I was purchasing would Ray was great to work with and is very good at keeping things organized. One problem though, I was told both of the vehicles I was purchasing would have full tanks of gas when we picked them up. This was not the case. When we got them back to our facility, one had 40 miles till empty, and the other had 80 miles till empty. Your feedback in this matter would be helpful. I was at Fort's a couple of years ago and had a horrible experience with one of your salesman and hesitated on returning to look at cars. Thankfully Kevin was there and made my daughter's first car buying experience easy. Kevin has our business for as long as he is there. I cannot say enough good things about him. More
