He helped us with purchasing two new vehicles and after our purchases went over the cars' features with us and helped us set up what we needed to have functioning. He also offered to show us again any features we weren't quite comfortable with. I highly recommend Fort's Toyota (and Kevin Carrington) whether buying a vehicle or having one serviced.The people there are in fact truly exceptional. More

Highlander did not come with a manual for the very complicated multi media system. We were told "that's the way they come". We were told to go to"You Tube" or call a Toyota 800#. The Toyota people complicated multi media system. We were told "that's the way they come". We were told to go to"You Tube" or call a Toyota 800#. The Toyota people were just as bad as Fort's. My last nine vehicles have been Toyotas. I left Peoria Toyota because of their terrible Service Department. Perhaps that was mistake!!!!!! More
