I bought a vehicle from this dealership a few years ago and had a good experience. I decided to come back to purchase a pre-owned vehicle for my daughter. I dealt with Mohammad, who was a liar and tried and had a good experience. I decided to come back to purchase a pre-owned vehicle for my daughter. I dealt with Mohammad, who was a liar and tried to bait and switch me into buying a car. He told me a price and then had me drive an hour to the dealership only to change the price on me. He also never disclosed the car had a problem. When I went to drive it the check engine light was on. He said it needed a new battery and then wanted me to pay for it! I spoke to the manager Jordan about my horrible experience, and he didn't do anything. I left messages for 2 days to speak with the general manager Kevin Connolly and all he did was duck my calls and never called me back. Horrible service....I will never buy a car from there again. More

The worst experience I’ve ever had went online saw a car I liked called the dealership talk to a salesperson mentioned that I saw rebates and programs with reduced pricing salesman said sure come on in coul I liked called the dealership talk to a salesperson mentioned that I saw rebates and programs with reduced pricing salesman said sure come on in couldn’t make it that day cuz I live 2 hours away he said let me know when can you come in so I told him he said that’s a far drive do call before you come to make sure we haven’t sold the car so I get there no rebates no reduce pricing and to top it off they marked the car up 10,000 dollars I’m thinking we financing 56,000 but the whole time he’s financing 65,000 cuz I couldn’t figure out why Kyle and myself couldn’t come to some better figures please be careful these car lots are playing a dirty game More
