The reason I gave the dealership only three stars is because I was not happy with Devin Roger’s aggressive behavior in trying to sell me an extended warranty. I told him up front that I was not interest because I was not happy with Devin Roger’s aggressive behavior in trying to sell me an extended warranty. I told him up front that I was not interested. I understand that he has to present the warranty and explain in detail what was involved and I understand the process. Devin continued to push the warranty and I expressed that I had no interest. After I believe eight to ten times I was irritated and about to walk out and tell the sales person Levi Williams that I was done. When I did see him he was very upbeat and I did not say anything about Devin I then had a great experience listening and learning the technical aspects from Levi. As I am completing this rating I just got a call from Levi and explained my position. More

We were repeat customers, doing the normal dealership thing of coming in to buy a car and negotiate. Chris single handedly lost the sale by not only using a ‘tale it or leave it’ approach to the negotiat thing of coming in to buy a car and negotiate. Chris single handedly lost the sale by not only using a ‘tale it or leave it’ approach to the negotiation. “Our website is our lowest we will not negotiate” Also, every single time my wife asked a question he answered to me only. I am not sure if he was trying to intimidate me with his weird eye contact, or if it was because my wife is a woman, or if it is because she is Asian. Either way. We were repeat buyers who wanted at least a tiny amount of leeway for a lay down sale and he instead threw the paperwork down on the desk and stormed out without a word as though he was absolutely xxxxxx that we would dare to waste his 5 minutes after we sat there for 28 minutes waiting for his slow xxx after he was called up to the front to “negotiate” More

Kevin is awesome! ! The finance crew there couldn't find there way out of a paper bag with a map. They lost a $31k Elantra deal over $750.00. As in my wife was holding ! We went and looked at the car on Saturday. Monday I called Kevin and said we're a go. Wednesday showed up to buy it and after almost 4 hours later! This Ryan guy says i need another $750.00. Now let me get this straight, they had 2 days to let me know this? Ya.. Good luck with the Lithia circus crew! Have a nice day More
