I recently had my XC90 serviced at Smythe. First of all, I accidentally left my wallet in the car. When I told them, Smythe drove the wallet over to my house right away - and we live about 5 miles away fr I accidentally left my wallet in the car. All the employees at Smythe, the owners, managers, service and sales people are all very polite and courteous, and take time to answer questions. Yet, they are efficient and get work done promptly. I would definitely recommend getting your car serviced at Smythe. More

Smythe Volvo has been my car dealer since 1978. The service department is a major factor for my loyalty. All the people I have had experience with have been considerate, friendly, and competent..I feel service department is a major factor for my loyalty. My 2004' S 80 has 124,000 miles and rides very well for the age of the car. My last contact was a short time ago when I was concerned about a possible transmission problem. Service Manager Nick Pavano handled my problem and concern tactfully and assured me that my concern was not an issue of any magnitude. What a relief !!! Thanks Mr. Pavano and Smythe service. More

All I can say is.............WOW !!! My wife bought a new Volvo XC-70 about a year ago from Kristian and I needed to trade it in because, unfortunately, my wife passed away. Kristian could not have been more helpful, compassionate and made the lease termination as painless and expeditious as possible. Alex was also extraordinarily helpful with the payoff and other paperwork that was needed to not only terminate the lease but also in getting me a GREAT loan as I then needed to buy another car for my own use as my Jeep had 154,000 miles and was on its was time for me to get a newer car. This is where Kristian and Kevin Flanagan came back again. I bought a used Volvo XC-90 that looks new! The price and constant assistance by Kristian and Kevin and Alex was much appreciated!!!! More
