I spoke first with Trent Nichols over phone and email then Kevin Gribble and Curt McHenry at the dealership. I felt all we're very helpful, honest, and informative about the whole exchange. Trent readily provided me a pricing spreadsheet via email while other dealers withheld and hid additional fees. Kevin went and beyond by saving me almost $1k / year in car insurance after hearing my quote on the phone while also getting me better coverage. He did not hesitate to provide me all info needed to make my decision like option comparisons, invoices, etc. Curt specifically pointed out add on packages that were not applicable to me and thoroughly explained those that were. I'm loving the new car and would recommend others consider Tucson Subaru in their future car searches. Overall very satisfying experience More

Easy purchase process Interested in a replacing my old '05 Outback, I contacted internet salesperson, Kevin Gribble, to get pricing and schedule a test drive on a new '18 m Interested in a replacing my old '05 Outback, I contacted internet salesperson, Kevin Gribble, to get pricing and schedule a test drive on a new '18 model. It was a very easy process and I knew going in what price range to expect. Kevin was a "walking encyclopedia" of Subaru facts and figures as well as vehicles from other manufacturers. We test drove two models and were provided thorough explanations of the features and options. Kevin answered every question and was patient while we considered what model to choose. Once we decided on a purchase, he moved us through the process as quickly as possible. Louie in finance was also knowledgeable and patient, did not hard sell options, and got us out as quickly as the computer system would allow. I'm very happy with the new vehicle's quality and safety features. In past dealings with the staff at the Tucson dealership, all have been friendly and helpful. More
