He was great to work with, he was patient as we walked the lot to look at the cars. His knowledge of the different brands was impressive. We also met the General Manager John Petersavage who made us feel like we were VIP's walking in the door. After a price was agreed to we moved on to Louie Ascencio in Finance. As with everyone who works at Tucson Subaru Louie was friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Overall great experience! More

My first I managed to accomplish almost entirely online (a bit of phone contact needed), but this is no longer easy to accomplish due to car dealer lobbying. Being busy and introverted, I wanted to do as much as possible online prior to setting foot in the dealership. The Tucson Subaru Internet Sales Manager accommodated me quite well with communications through email regarding the model/features, pricing, and financing. Nonetheless, I dreaded having to actually go to the dealership to finalize my purchase. Happily, it was a pleasant experience. Yes, I had to sign reams of paper, but that is the nature of the car buying process. Every Subaru employee I encountered was truly friendly and helpful and quite knowledgeable about the vehicles. I did not feel condescended to at any time and felt that my questions were answered honestly. It sounds kind of corny, but I feel like I've joined a club or a new family at this dealership. Being given a bouquet of red roses at the end of my transaction was a lovely cherry on top! More

While they were servicing our vehicle I bought a 2017 Outback. Kevin Gribble and Traci Roberts were fantastic in helping us through the process. As with all my Subaru experience it was excellent. They helped us transition from the old Outback to the new Outback with ease. This is my third Subaru I have purchased from Tucson Subaru and have always had an excellent experience with them. They are all so respectful when we come to visit. More

From the time I inquired about a vehicle on the internet til the time I walked out the door with my set of keys. I had not planned on going into the dealership that day and showed up at the last minute to inquire more about the vehicle. Kevin answered all the questions I had about the vehicle and Traci answered all my questions about the financing and stayed until all paperwork was processed. They informed me that the service department would be contacting me regarding my first service for my vehicle as the service department had already closed for the day. My grandchildren who tagged along with grandma were also provided good customer service. Thank you very much. More
