Kevin was great and we didn't waste words or time, which I appreciated. I had to come down from Phoenix to drive it so I wanted all the details worked out ahead of time so there would be no issues, questions or last minute hiccups and there weren't. Kevin and I were in touch and he knew exactly when I would be arriving and had the truck ready for me. We got there at about 2:30, drove the truck around town a bit, was happy with it and within 20 minutes we were just waiting for the paperwork. I already had a discounted rate from my credit union but they matched it and Jennifer D made the paperwork quick and painless as well. All the numbers were to the penny as Kevin and I had originally discussed, add on items presented as expected but no pressure to buy them and we were out the door in time to grab an early dinner nearby and be back on the road to Phoenix before sunset. More
